The participation form collects your name, email, chosen participation path and any optional context you provide. It also records consent, submission time and a hashed network address for abuse prevention. A quick arithmetic check and submission limits help reduce automated spam. Administrator sessions use essential cookies.
Why we collect it
To review and respond to enquiries, understand participation interests, coordinate relevant next steps and protect the website from misuse. Submitting the form does not automatically enrol you or subscribe you to promotional messages.
Who can access it
Authorised administrators and coordinators can review enquiries. Staff and volunteers see only the areas assigned to their roles. Hosting infrastructure processes the records to run the website. Your contact information is not displayed publicly. No advertising analytics are installed in this bundle. Gallery photographs may load from external storage or Google Drive; those providers receive the network information needed to display their content.
Retention and requests
Records should be retained only while needed for their stated purpose. You may ask EDOAMA to access, correct or remove your enquiry by using the contact route and identifying your submission. The administrator reviews such requests and any legitimate record-keeping needs.
Young participants
This public form is for adults. For participants under 18, a parent, guardian or school representative should contact EDOAMA first. Do not include sensitive information or children’s personal details in the enquiry form.
Payments and external links
When connected, Paystack processes payment information on its own hosted page under its privacy terms. This website does not collect card details or automatically verify bank transfers. Other external opportunities follow their providers’ terms.
